We are honored and humbled to serve as the Children’s Pastors at The Point Church. It’s our greatest joy to help shape the hearts of the next generation and to watch children grow in their love for Jesus. We believe kids are not just the future of the church—they are an active and vital part of it right now.
Together, we have two amazing teenagers, Kaylei (17) and Zach (15), and we absolutely love being parents. Our home is full of laughter, worship, and sometimes controlled chaos—but it’s all wrapped in love and faith. We’re passionate about creating a space where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn about the Lord.
As Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” That verse isn’t just a guideline for parenting—it’s the heart behind everything we do in children’s ministry. We’re excited to walk alongside your family and to be part of what God is doing in the lives of these precious little ones.
Empower Growth
At the point we believe kids are world changers in the making! Our Children's Ministry is a fun, safe, and Jesus-filled environment where kids can grow in their faith, build friendships, and discover who God created them to be. Children’s Church is offered during our Sunday service following our praise and worship in the sanctuary.

Worship. We believe parents are the most powerful spiritual influence in a child’s life. That’s why we encourage families to worship together—so your child can learn what genuine worship looks like by watching and participating with you. It’s a beautiful opportunity to model faith in action and create lasting spiritual memories as a family.

Lessons from the Bible. Each week, your child will explore thoughtfully prepared lessons rooted in God’s Word. These teachings are designed to help children understand the Bible meaningfully, guiding them toward a life of purpose, joy, and spiritual growth. We believe Scripture is the foundation for living abundantly and walking in truth..

Games and Crafts. Learning about God should be joyful and engaging! Through interactive games and creative crafts, children will discover more about God and who they are in Him. These hands-on activities help reinforce biblical truths in a fun and memorable way.

Verse Memorization. Memorizing Scripture is a foundational part of our program because we believe that God’s Word, when planted in a child's heart, can shape their character, guide their decisions, and provide comfort throughout life. Our goal is to help children remember Bible verses and understand their meaning.

Breakout Sessions. We prefer to provide a space for deeper connection and discussion. In smaller groups, children can ask questions, share thoughts, and explore biblical truths in a personal and engaging way. Breaking out the kids into smaller groups allows them to interact with kids closer to their age.

Prayer. We believe prayer the utmost important part of anyone's life, including children. Prayer is woven into everything we do. We teach children how to talk to God, listen for His voice, and understand that prayer is a powerful and personal part of their faith journey.
