During the service, the Holy Spirit had me call on one of our members to come to the front. He didn't ask for prayer, and he didn't show any signs of needing prayer. No physical evidence of pain, just a prompting of the Spirit. As he came up, a burden came over me; he was carrying a heavy burden for his family. I reminded him of the words of Christ, "My burden is light, My yoke is easy." As I was praying, the Lord said Pray for His neck and shoulders. Again, there was no evidence of pain. He thanked me for the prayer and then went to his seat.

I received this message yesterday from the same member.

"Hey, Pastor. I just wanted to say thank you for being obedient to God today and praying for me. He gave you everything that I needed. Also, in the middle of that, you started praying for the pain in my neck and shoulders, and immediately the pain went away and hasn’t returned since! For months, I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. Praise God for His healing, and thank you for listening to Him."
